| I've been a fan of the Euro Hiker for many years. In fact they had been my choice of shoe for many travels throughout the world. Unfortunately recently Timberland has changed the design of the shoe....for the worse. The old pair I'm wearing right now have a bellows tongue which serves to keep scree, gravel, and such from easily getting into the boot. | This is a replacement pair for boots I wore out. To Vasque's credit they have not messed with a good thing. This style of boot has remained unchanged and reliable for at least 10 years. |

| These boots are true to size and provide a comfortable fit. I spent no more than 3 hours "breaking them in" the day before I took them on a 6 mile hike along fairly difficult terrain composed of rocks and wet sand. The boots held up well and felt comfortable the entire time. I had planned poorly and didn't purchase these boots until two days before this rather wet hike that I was going on. I needed waterproof boots for the hike and they were ideal for it. I recieved no blisters and was surprised by the out-of ... Read More: |

| I've owned three pairs of these boots over the last ten years or so. They're comfortable, and they meet my needs on a daily basis. I've used them for light hiking, fishing, camping, and snow removal, and they perform admirably in most conditions. For the price, they're an excellent all-around boot. The only time they've really fallen short is when I've been climbing steep, sandy trails and doing some minor bouldering. I purchased this sled as a birthday present for my grown son. He has two young boys and there is enough snow in Illinois to make use of the sled. It turned out to be an excellent gift as they use it to spend family time together. The sled is a beautiful wood grain. It is a little more narrow than I expected and the runners on the bottom are a wide plastic although my son feels that makes it much safer. The front steers very easily. My son and his boys are winter outdoors people and love the sled. |

| I just recently bought this pair of boots, and took them directly on the trail with 25lbs on my back. With these boots I went 27 miles with no blisters after no break in period! I was on very rocky terrain, and felt that my feet were extremely well protected. I have narrow heels, and usually my heels get blisters on them from other boots, but the Asolo Stynger GTX boots seem to have a narrow enough foot bed to keep my heels happy.
