| The pads that come in this combo are pretty much worthless. The velcro closure is rather small making adjustments limited. Thus they slip and slide a lot. One of the pads ripped from its rivet on the first day with no abuse. The first time my son fell the strap for one of the pad nearly ripped all the way through. These pads might provide protection if you fall over while standing still, but I would recommend getting some thing more durable if you really want to protect your kid. I would have given ... | My 6 year old was learning to roller skate this summer at our local skating rink. She loved it so much we bought her these skates for her birthday. She loves them. They are comfortable (more so than the rink rentals) and she can put them on by herself. I usually need to tighten them for her. They were perfect and at $30 I couldn't beat the price. Since they will grow with her, she will have them for a long time. Just a note that she has not used these on cement. She just wears them at the rink ... Read More: |

| I purchased this set for my son's 5th birthday. It was a great price for the board plus all the safety gear (helmet, knee and elbow pad, and wrist guards). My son really liked it. The pads are small, perfect for a 5-6 year old. The helmet is a little large, but still stays on his head fine when the straps are tightened down. I am happy with the quality of the pads and board, but the helmet is pretty cheaply made. But for the price, the helmet is sufficient.

| My daughter loves her Heeley's. I do have to agree that the sizing problem is a bit difficult when you're trying to buy them as gifts. I had to buy a size 4 and she usually only wears a 1 1/2. Other than the sizing issue I think they're great!! |

| the shoes came more than in time, the package, the lil boy just love it
he doesnt know how to use it, he is just 5 but he is getting into it, but its good because you can use it without wheels too, so they can use it like a normal skate shoe. Its great you should get it kids love it, and looks so fun, i want to get one for me hehe. |
