| This is a great buy for anybody. I saw my friend riding a wave board and he let me try it when I inquired what it was. It was a lot of fun and very addicting. He told me that if i bought one to get it because the waveboard was better that the ripstik because it had a smoother ride and it was better built. I went to Walmart and was looking at the wave boards and I saw the ripstick G. It looked a lot cooler so I bought it. To tell you the truth, this is the coolest board out there. I love this board ... | I bought this for my son because he is such a good boy and deserved something as a reward for being such a good kid. This is what he wanted. He lovvvvvvvvvvvvvvves it. He rides it back and forth to school. He uses it as often as he can. I'm so glad I got it for him because he has soooo much fun with it and I love to see him happy. |

If you want the red of Spiderman to look red vs. orange, you won't be happy - hence the warning about the colors not being the same. The graphics on the bottom of the board are defective and it's peeling straight out of the box. Since this was bought as a gift, I'm not taking it away from a child since they're happy with it. | Purchased this as a gift for my 12 year old son. The board is very well made and sturdy. He has really enjoyed riding it and it has a big initial WOW factor. However, the wheels on this board are the weak link in my opinion. They do not spin anywhere near as well as decent skateboard wheels. Adding oil helped some but I would say this board is definitely NOT for flat terrain. On small hills the rolling resistance of the wheels kills your momentum quickly. | This was purchsed for my son, age 8. He has only used the crappy $20 boards or a too large "real" deck before, so was pretty thrilled to get one his size with good wheels. Deck is symmetrical, although top logo cutout is not.
