| Being in mid-40's, I was out of shape. 25 years ago I was toned and strong. I've started to use Perfect Pushup for about past 4 weeks doing between 10~20 every morning and night. It was hard to do even 10 at first but now I can easily do 20 and can extend to 30. I see difference in my upper body and feeling great. Combined with cardio I'm feeling better than ever. Try these and use them regularly. This is the first informercial product that has worked for me. |

| Excellent chinning bar. The screws were a bit difficult to manage, but the bar was still relatively easy to assemble. Assembly did not take more than 20 minutes. It is a bit tricky to find the right doorway for situps but pushups and pull ups are a treat especially when you use the different hand positions that are available to you. You are able to target different muscles just by changing hand positions. Great product. |

| The spring tension is ineffective if you're on the heavier side (180+). At even the highest spring tension the back support just falls flat when I lean my back on the same. End of the day Iam forced to revert to the old manner of pulling myself up for each crunch.
Might work better for folks with a lower body weight. Assembly is easy and takes barely 5-10 mins. |

| I liked this product well enough. The tread on the wheel had decent gription which allowed for controlled movements. |

| these dumbbells go with the P90X home fitness system. it allows you to quickly adjust weights without having 20 diffrent sets of weights. You can also see faster results because the weights gradually increase to a max of 52.5 allowing you to improve and build up stregth. it sucks amazon dont ship to APO but i was able to just send it to my friend and forward it to me. overall the postage was about 70 bux from cali to APO. if you want the best dumbbells system.....get this one! |

| I read online about the shoddy contruction of the Perfect Pullup but that was after I ordered it. It came today. It was well packed, not just thrown in a box like some people claim. The quality of the device is real good. They've upgraded the brackets and screws to 8 total. It seems they've upgraded the handles. They seem to be a lot sturdier than other people described. I love doing the Australian pull-ups and the chest rows. I recommend this product to any one. |

| I am a underweight 29 year old male, and I wanted a hand grip stress reliever when I work at the computer. The "Heavy Tension" should be labeled light tension. The design is good, but the springs need higher spring constants. I am considering getting a higher tension hand grip. |
