| This ball is great so far! I use it as a ball chair and for exercises. I have used it for a couple of months with no problems. It is transparent and sounds sticky (on kitchen floor) when you bounce up and down.

| I first got the bender ball deal (video and all) but the ball deflated pretty quickly although it works pretty good. I had gotten the extra ball for either my daughter (who doesn't really need it)or a friend. Well I started using it instead and I can already feel and see a difference in my abs - my pants are fitting better - not as much muffin top. I would recommend. Using any of the balls really does make it easier on your back and neck than doing regular sit ups. |

| I actually bought this ball to use in place of my computer chair! lol I figured it would be a good way to incorperate exercise in to a every day thing. I also bought the dvd with it so I can do the workout. :) |

| I used this in my first pilates class and had to have one! I love that it has the pads on the inside and outside to maximize it's uses. Highly recommend over pilates rings without the padding!! |

Had been doing yaga and pilates barefoot in the gym,as most do.Was worried about catching fungus or something.Also my feet would get cold.These fit well,grip the floor to prevent slipping.I love them. |

| For this workout you need to purchase a whole set of weights (is that written on the box somewhere?). I have some three lbs weights and that is all that I use for now. The first work out is fairly doable and you can follow ok even as a beginner. The other two are much more difficult. The steps are a little bulky and I have to pause it in order to be able to move them around or get them out of the way. | This is a good quality performer for the price. It does come with 2 DVDs: cardio workout and Level 1. So don't do like me and waste $60 purchasing other DVDs, I wish, they had mentioned in the description. The DVDs I purchased are very similar to the Level 1 DVD that came free (Upper body workout and lower body workout).
The rebounder workout is more challenging than I thought, it is a good workout, you feel refreshed and energized afterwards. Good burn on my legs and ab muscle. |
