| The product itself is good, but it turns out to be hard to use on the back or on my hips, which is where I need it. I found out only after I had tried it, that the 3 foot one would have been MUCH better. |

| My husband has a lot of back pain as a result of playing rough sports his whole life. His physical therapist had him lay lengthwise on the foam roller with it in align with his spine. He had him roll from side to side (small motions) between shoulder blades to help relieve spinal pain. Then he had him lay with the roller so it's in alignment with his hips and sit up as he walked his feet forward and the roller rolled up his spine. | Some things you cannot tell from the picture are that the underside dome is not completely round like the ones at physical therapy. They are more of a plus sign. Mine arrived damaged the roller was all torn up and the non-slip foot pads where pulled up and the wood scratched. Accidents happen in shipping I realize this. Amazon makes it right PRONTO

| This is a terrific piece of fitness gear and has an wonderful workout DVD included.
The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the price. This is the cheapest I could find anywhere but let's get real: It's half an exercise ball mounted on a flat platform. |

| I purchased this for physical therapy (plantar fasciitis), use this to stretch the muscles outs. Works well and large enough to assist with balance. Haven't tried the DVD, that was a bonus as I only wanted the disc - saves me a fortune in physical therapy visits! |

| Exactly what the description is. No surprises.
If you have a needle (like those to inflate the soccer balls, basketballs...) you can change the amount of air in it, which is great. |

| This product, viewed solely as a foam roller, should get 1 star only. It is too soft and loses it's shape very quickly. I also find it is not long enough for some of the rolling that I do, and thus is not quite as stable. It also starts to fall apart with regular use, getting both deformed and quite awkward. All of this said, I rated it 3 stars because of it's size... while not good in normal use, it is great for travel as it tucks neatly into most suitcases. |

| Great product at a fair price. I would suggest that you either buy 2 of the 45 cm Bosus OR buy one of the big 65 cm Bosu balls. It is about the same price either way. The little bosu balls are made from 1 piece so that there is no way they can break. The big ones can break if you are not carefull. |
