| The Bowflex 7 Series treadmill is an excellent product. It is well constructed and offers many exercise programs and options. The only problem that I have experienced with the treadmill was the fan that blows air on the user while exercising was damaged in shipment and does not work. The warranty should cover the repair. I am very well pleased with the Bowflex 7 and would recommend it to anyone desiring a high quality treadmill. |

| Easier to put together than a Lego castle.
It's a little bit of a learning curve to get a comfortable, stable stride going on the incline. Kind of like learning to ride a bicycle. But once you get yourself balanced, it's cake. | I bought this treadmill not knowing if I was making the right choice but I am very very happy with it so far. I have been using the weight loss program for a month every day and it gives me a great workout in 30 minutes. I love that I don't have to leave my home to go get my excerise. | This treadmill is basic and great if you just want to walk for a short time. You will break a sweat on a manual treadmill; it is much different from a motorized one. This one is somewhat quiet and is VERY easy to put together. It literally took me 25-30 minutes to put together. If you have never walked on a manual treadmill, please know that it takes getting used to and the belt does stick every once in a while. You cannot run this treadmill. It is pretty sturdy too. |

| I love this machine. It has a great warranty and my family uses it daily. We were so lucky to order in time to get the new 2009 model. The addition of an accessory rack and changes in the console make it well worth the buy. |

| Well, so far this machine has been wokring for me. I'm about 220 lbs and have been running on it and it's still in one piece. I wish I would have gotten a model a little higher up but for the price this works great and is easy to fold up. I put it togeather myself but wish I had help getting the main part out of the box because it was a tad heavy. The assembly is pretty simple but I'm not sure about the directions.
