| This trainer is a great beginner trainer. I am a young teenager finishing up my first season racing. I decide I wanted to stick with it so I bought a trainer. The trainer is assembled in box and is ready to use. I would recommend that you use the skewer that comes with it. It fits the trainer quite nicely. The trainer is very quiet. | This is a good way to exercise your arms and get an aerobic workout. I broke my hip and wanted something for exercise other than slow walking.
It's a sturdy unit and it doesn't heat up when I use it. I also tried using it for peddling with my feet, but didn't like that so much. The movement is jerky with foot peddling (the jerkiness is hardly noticeable with arm peddling). | Great product which does the job with everything you need. Quiet and stable, the elliptical has an even and smooth motion. There are many levels to choose from and an array of programs. My only gripe is that it's really hard even on the 3rd or 4th level. I may be out of shape but the machine is quite tight. I would recommend it for someone looking for a solid workout. |

| This is great simple product at a cheap price, it is sturdy.
Some of the people gave it a bad review because they said it is hard to get the handles on but if the would have bothered to read the first line of the directions they would have read the company recommends you use a little lotion or soap, I used a skirt of lotion on the bar before slipping the handles on. It took me about 5 seconds to fully assemble and the handles does not slip off as my son has also been driving it all around. |

| This is a great product to use while sitting at a desk or table, as it is fairly heavy and not very easy to transport, but it is quiet and easy to use. The calorie count is not accurate, but overall it is a great product. |

| This product to me is an alright product. I've been using it at 99 on the fourth level for the last 3 months. In order to get the washboard abs you are looking for you have to diet and exercise, which is something they fail to mention in the commercials. I work my midsection at a gym regularly and use the slendertone in between visits and I will say in my part that it does supplement the build up of core strength, and my abs are looking the best they have been in years. |
