| I bought the new Print Shop and it's incredibly easy to use. It comes on two DVDs with a user manual to help you figure out how to get started. There are TONS of images and templates - so many you can always find something that works. I made the most adorable postcard announcements for my daughter Winnie. I can't wait to get started on stuff for the holidays. I give Print Shop 23 two thumbs up and 5 stars!

| I am using this keyboard with Windows Vista. The backlit keys are wonderful when I am working in natural light and the day gets late.
I have one problem. When Vista goes into hibernate mode, the keyboard goes dark, which is okay. Then I hit the SHIFT key on my keyboard and Vista wakes back up. Once Vista wakes up, my mouse always works, but about one time in ten the keyboard fails to light up again and nothing I type is seen by Vista. I have rebooted to fix this. Minor detail ... | This software was purchased as an upgrade. I have been using PrintMaster for years. Since the format is similar it is easy to navigate. This new edition has so many great new graphics. It also has a scrapbooking option, although I found it somewhat limited. |

| Great product, does what it is supposed to do, once it is installed, but the installation!!! Once I found the link that allowed their tech to figure out what was wrong, and that took me some doing, after I had tried to install it a couple of times, including using the Norton Utility that is supposed to clean out old Norton installations, it took the tech about an hour to figure out what the problems were and fix them.

| Been playing Civ since the first edition back in the mid 90s when I bought my first puter. Love this game and Civ IV just proves that it's one of the best games ever! Sooner or later, I'll order Civ V, just haven't done it yet. Still having too much fun with IV and it's expansion. |

| I read the low stars for this as saying MYST and Riven have errors, and won't run well on XP. I bought this, played them, and had 0 problems. Everything was beautiful, and the stress of popping in and out multiple CDs was a blessing.
This never gave my DVD-Rom problems at now, no problems from XP, no problems from Quick Time, nothing! Then I have to say they are packaged nicely, and the making of videos are very nice. I just wish they could have included a poster or something to honor it, ... Read More: |

| Above all else, an OS should always be responsive to user input. When I click on multiple files and select delete, I don't want to see a "Preparing to delete." message. This is lazy programming on the part of Microsoft. When I right click a broken shortcut to delete it and the PC spends 30 to 40 seconds trying to find the link, this is ridiculous. On a regular basis my computer locks up for minutes while Vista is "thinking".
