| Was able to use it on an old Windows PC but it will not install on a Mac as advertised. The seller took my word for it and refunded some of the money.
It's very nice on the PC though. |

| On OS X 10.3, it worked when we installed it and has refused to run since then. No customer support we can find. I don't feel bad criticizing them because encoresoftware.com, listed in their troubleshooting guide, isn't even on the web any more. Why are they selling this crap in the Apple Store?
And the interface design is laughably bad. It took us quite a while to find the lessons--they're under "Typing Tournament" |

| I was hesitant to try this software based on some of the reviews but I went ahead and got it along with the Punch University subscription (on-line videos). I have just finished the 6th lesson and I can now create a multilevel building with rooms and custom roof. I find the product pretty straight forward once you get used to how they do things. I guess there is a learning curve if you've never used home design software before, and I think they could clean up some of their UI to make it more friendly, ... Read More: |

| I knew when I bought this that it was an older version, but it works great with Windows 2000 and Vista. It is a little tricky to load your existing files but they are in there when you find the way to load them. What you do is double click the category of the document from the list on the left, then your saved document will pop up. Software came in a factory sealed box and you can't beat it for the price. |

| I'm a graphic designer who does wedding invitations and stationery, birth announcements, etc. I bought this based on the user's review that said it was great for that stuff. Boy, was I disappointed. These clip art images look like something a first-grader would use! They are poor quality, useless cartoon images that I would not even dream of using on any of my designs. | I remember reading some of my brothers Iron Man comics when I was little. I was never able to start from the beginning and read all the way through. Well, no longer is that the case.
This is a great way to get the "real" story originally derived by the authors of some of the greatest comics of all time. | I was looking for an easy way to mock up some home designs so there would be a visual that could be discussed. The software can not make up for my lack of artistic ability and I ended up not being able to generate anything useful.
Today I would try to use sketchup, a free tool from google to generate similar ideas in visual form to discuss. |

| I wanted a program to help me document my "new" yard. I became a Master Gardener to learn how to do the yard and bought the program to record it. The program was more work than the yard (and it is a significant yard) It is limited, convoluted and took up so much space in my computer that it made my other computer tasks more difficult. I removed the program. |
