| I'm not sure why the other reviewer had problems loading this set onto their computer. I loaded the set fine with absolutely no problems. Since this version is the 2009, I'm not sure how the other reviewer could possibly have purchased it two years ago, but maybe I misread what was written.

Great Tutorial But.... Purchased the Professor Teaches... based on three reviews. This is a fine tutorial but does not run on Windows Vista, at least not on my Ultimate Program. The tutorial instructs to click here, drag this, or type that. Well sometimes it works and sometimes the red arrow pops up and says, "here dummy." | I loaded this software on 4 different computers and it would not run. I believe it is because it a very old software and will not run on XP but I'm not sure.
In past years this has been a very reliable company (Broderbund) but if they are not going to support the software they should not be selling it. |

| While this was a little advanced for my kids at first (they just finished second and fourth grade) they BOTH enjoy the game, now, and are less intimidated by the advanced information. Kids learn fast! And since they were toddlers, I've been most happy with Jumpstart educational games above all other brands. |

| I bought this game for my 6 years old daughter. While the game does have a few good ideas and moments I wouldn't say that it's a good product. At the age of 6 kids needs to be pulled in the educational game instead of being forced by the parents. This game in some situations looks like a definite overkill for 6 years old while in others it's too simple. | I had older versions and used them on several of MY computers. This version installed on both my laptop (great for travel) and desktop, but when my laptop crashed and I bought a new one, I was not allowed to install a 3rd time. I called tech support and was told I should use all lower case for the key code even when the key code is shown in caps and installed properly the first time using caps. I asked for a supervisor who then told me I was allowed only ONE installation!!!
