| Reader Rabbit has been around for a long time and it is a truly wonderful system to help children improve their reading skills. What could be better than playing a game while you learn? I used it when my children were growing up and now I'm providing Reader Rabbit for my granddaughter to help her retain and improve her reading skills over the summer. It is a win-win situation for the parent and the child. The game is plug and play so your child can play without your assistance. |

| I used to play treasure mountain when i was a kid and its one of those games that you never forget. as i grew up i was always itching to play it one last time. ( and by one last time i mean "a million more times")!! |

| On OS X 10.3, it worked when we installed it and has refused to run since then. No customer support we can find. I don't feel bad criticizing them because encoresoftware.com, listed in their troubleshooting guide, isn't even on the web any more. Why are they selling this crap in the Apple Store?
And the interface design is laughably bad. It took us quite a while to find the lessons--they're under "Typing Tournament" |

| I received this item and realized that I was not able to play it. It Doesn't play on my computer which I thought it would. I have two different types of iMac computers and it doesn't work on either one. I am a little disappointed. |

| Hi well to start My Mom got this for me and I got excited cause it had Lestlie in it and they never make any games with her in it. I allways wondered why and this game told me. You can barely understand what she and Owan are saying and the game is really easy once you get the hang of it some games more then others. But the plot is less then amusing and the cluefinders are constantly bugging you to hurry up and it's really distracting.Well gotta go hope this was helpful Broke. |

| Seems that this game is the same as Clue Finders 3rd Grade Adventures "Mystery of Mathra". Wish I'd know that before I purchased it. Great game though! |

| Emperor's Mahjong, like many other tile matching computer games, call themselves mahjong even though they're not. They are mahjong SOLITAIRE.
The REAL mahjong which actual Chinese people play in real life is a very different game, similar to the card games Gin Rummy and Canasta. REAL mahjong is for 4 people and has much more skill involved. | My daughter did this in one day. SHe enjoyed it immensely, found some of it challenging, and is returning to it to go thru the game yet again. The problem is that she just finished the 1st grade and so it at least one year too young for this. I got the third grade because I wanted it to engage and challenge her for a longer period of time. THis one didn't. I am not (necessarily!) saying she is brilliant, just that this is another case of software setting its sights too low. It is good, but not great. Recommended ... Read More: |

| I like this game I have had it for a while. I stopped playingit but every once in a while I'll go back and play it, it's prettyadictive once you first play it and then after a while it gets old and then you go back and play it and you get addicted to it again. I like the people on how they are all different. The animation is great.The places you go is cool and it's just a neat game. It's very educational too .I recommend it for children 13 and under. |
