| I'm just a person who likes to work with my own photos. I'm not an expert, but I like to produce great pictures. I haven't used it nearly enough to any way have used all its helps. But what I do use regularly in working with my pictures has been easy to learn, and totally satisfying in the end results of what I print out or put in my photo albums. I bought it on my cousin's recommendation who has used it since it 1st came out, and she can do anything with it. |

| The product was advertised as MS Office 2000 Professional (old edition). It failed to mention that it was OEM software which must remain with the PC it was purchased for. I am guessing they meant to put (OEM Version) on the description. I had every reason to expect I was buying a retail package. This software transaction was illegal. |

| I decided to switch from using a regular desktop with shared folders to a server because of the backup functions. I knew there were some plugins out there, but now I am blown away by the number of functions I can do.

| I had older versions and used them on several of MY computers. This version installed on both my laptop (great for travel) and desktop, but when my laptop crashed and I bought a new one, I was not allowed to install a 3rd time. I called tech support and was told I should use all lower case for the key code even when the key code is shown in caps and installed properly the first time using caps. I asked for a supervisor who then told me I was allowed only ONE installation!!!

| i have built three computers in the last 15 months. all running Vista [home basic and premium] using both Intel and AMD chipsets. no hardware issues. even i have been very happy with Windows XP, i prefer Vista mainly because of the features/functions Vista offers [sleep function and automatically installing drivers for most hardwares--LAN, graphic card, printer, scanner, etc.]. i can't understand why so many people [of course, mainly the Mac supporters] hate Microsoft products. |

| Disk took 2 weeks to arrive, it was cracked (sent in paper envelope with no protection) and had "NOT FOR RESALE" stamped on its front. I attempted numerous times to contact the seller to no avail. |
