| Great program. I have been using this for 2 years and I am extrememly satisfied with it. Downloading transactions is ridiculously easy and saves me tons of time. No more balancing the checkbook! You can create reports with just one touch of a button and create a budget in a flash! |

| From my experience just about all support calls are routed off shore.
Most of the tech support staff just take your question and type it into their work station. They say "May I put you on hold while I check my resources". Then they read answers off their screen. Several times I had to say to the tech - I can't understand your English. If you buy the package I'd find a local QB certified accountant and pay him/her for their time. |

| I currently use Quickbooks Pro for Windows at my day job, at home I use Quickbook Pro 5.0 for Mac for my home based business. The mac version doesn't have all the features that the windows version does, but I believe that they will continue to upgrade (in fact the 6.0 version is just coming out with the ability to convert data back and forth between windows and mac) I have tried Myob for mac, it is ok, but I still believe Quickbooks to be the most intuitive and easy program with very strong features for tracking everything ... | Have been using Turbo Tax for close to 20 years, used Parsons Tax Edge first. The product has always worked well for me and it sure beats the old fashion paper and pencil method. |

| This is an excellent way to computerize a retail store. I wish there were a few more features available to basic. I'd like to be able to edit the bar code stickers, but that feature is only available when you spend more money. I don't need the other higher end features..so I'll just make due with what I've got. |

| I was a bit skeptical about buying this rather than just renewing my payroll subscription so I called QuickBooks and asked if there were any differences and they said no. So I decided to save the $100 and go with this. I can tell no difference other than this was a lot cheaper. Next year the decision is a no brainer. |
