| this product was very impressive.it's very easy to use.i will buy turbo tax every year from now on.it will save time by not going to the local tax place and waiting in lines.the impressive part is how when you are finished it prints out on it's own forms just like at your local tax office and has a signature spot too.great product. |

| My wife thought getting Quicken would make getting our financial info together and keeping it updated a breeze. We got this in late 2005 and started setting it up in January 2006. After entering loads of information and trying to get the online update to work with all of our various banks / credit cards / investments, it now sits idle, a year later. | Quicken is a decent small number of rentals manager with helpful tax data presentation. The problem is that they are not friendly to previous purchasers. Anyone who buys this software should be prepared to pay full price for any upgrades. Most software I buy does offer a discount to upgrade to previous owners. I would be happy to pay a reasonable upgrade fee. |

| If you did not buy Quicken 7 online, but from an office supply store as I did, it seems impossible to get any answers for questions. Last month I did reach a telephone helper, but Mr. Singh Pal was of no sensible help at all.
Now I have gotten a $10 fee from my bank for using quicken, and I cannot reach anyone to find out 'WHY?' It is not mentioned anywhere in the help, nor in the sales pitch. Caveat Emptor! (if you DID purchase from Amazon, you are in better luck, because they ask you for your online ... Read More: |
