| I think QuickBooks is one of the great software programs ever. So I was anxious to get QBCM. The idea is awesome -- a good potential solution to a small business's needs -- but so far the execution of QBCM is damned poor. Here are some of the major problems we experience:

| I've used the PC version for nearly 10 years and was very happy with QB. I switched to a Mac platform over a year ago and finally moved to QB for mac. I was hesitant based upon the reviews. The reviews were correct. Don't waste your money on this mac stepchild of a program. It locks up more than any other mac program I have ever run and the payroll is terrible. | I can't tell you how much time I have wasted. Don't buy it!
Customer Manager is full of software bugs and is a complete waste of time. For example, I was syncing to Outlook and something went wrong causing duplicate records to be added to Customer Manager some with the full data and some partial (2042 duplicates!). Customer Manager has no tool to automatically merge and fix these, and now my Outlook and Blackberry don't have the full information. |

| We have used this product in our Cellphone shop for 6 months. While the software works fine in daily transactions, it does not interface with Quickbooks Pro as well as inferred in their marketing. Also, if you want to accept credit cards, you must use their merchant banking solution...which is expensive and not very merchant friendly. We just lost $900.00 on a card that was accepted a week ago because Innovative Merchant Solutions decided to decline approval of the transaction.
