| I see a lot of negative reviews but the product worked for me. My Toshiba laptop came with an older version of Quicken so I upgraded to this version without significant issues.
I will agree that each new version is somewhat worse than the previous versions but I am able to download my bank and brokerage accounts into Quicken and it does keep the data there for me. I don't care for the new reports section as no matter how I save a report for one security when I bring it up ... Read More: |

| The earlier reviews on this product scared the beejeepers out of me. I had to upgrade because Intuit was stopping support on the Quicken 2005 I was using. I would no longer be able to download stock prices, transactions from credit card companies, etc. It's their way of extorting more money out their users. They only provide 3 years of download support. Then you either upgrade or enter all the data manually.

| My program i bought does not update my information. I have tried for three months to get some support. No one i have contacted speaks good english. I am stuck with a product that is garbage. |

| Intuit is unethically pretending Quicken Rental Property Manager (QRPM) is a supported product when it is not. For example, mileage rates up through 2005 are hard coded into the program (a very poor practice) so that tax results are incorrect for years after 2005. The Help section addresses this by saying "The rate changes periodically and is updated when you update your software." However, there has been no substantive update since 2005. | I previously used quickbooks, untill the euro came, and quickbooks had no answer for me. I don't like also software asking for money after a buy already . Disappointed is the good word that i like to include this software after several years good cooperation still. | Quickbooks software is great - I really do love it, but if you need ANY TYPE OF HELP...forget it. Intuit, Quickbooks Publisher, is as custom UNFRIENDLY as companies get.
I have used quickbooks for years including several upgrades and additional services. I had a computer crash and lost the software - and everything else. I have the disks but since they are upgrade CD not the "full program" I can't reload the software onto my new system. Help from Quickbooks? Not unless I am willing to pay $50-$149 ... Read More: |
