| Way to confusing to use, and requires way too much time to figure out. I will have to pay someone to do what I bought the program for. Hanging participle, I apologize, but that is how upset I am. |

| I installed Quicken 2009 Deluxe about 90 minutes ago. I was formerly using Microsoft Money 2007. Quickens help page didn't have any instructions for importing, it offered to notify me by email if it is ever updated.
I installed the program and it went fine. I created a new Quicken data file, gave it some information about my bank and it actually downloaded about the last 3 months of transactions successfully. I will update this review once new transactions attempt to download. There ... Read More: |

| I have used Quicken since DOS days.
This upgrade required me to do a lot of cleanup of old files, accounts, etc. I don't find anything really new about how it works. I upgrade every two years to help with tax planning. There are some new screens that I haven't found very useful yet. |

| One person,small business owner, keep own books.
NOT an accountant,etc,. this software is so easy to use its effortless and you can summerize any way you want. |

| If my older version would talk to my bank I would still be using it. Do not see where the new one makes anything easier or displays the info better. Feel like I am being held hostage by Intuit and my bank is in cahoots with them.

| I was wary of trying this when I saw all of the bad reviews, but after buying and using it for 4 months, I don't regret purchasing it. True, it seems a little disjointed, but once you remember that you use the program by using the top menu bar and do your navigation that way and through the little windows on the screen, one gets used to it. But remember, this software wasn't written for Leopard. I had no problem what so ever using it. |

| I've used Quicken for at least a decade. I was forced to upgrade from Quicken 2005 because Intuit nukes the online banking feature in older versions. It left me little choice as I've become dependent on online banking. There was a rebate on 2008 so it was cheaper than an older version, plus I can expect that this version will nuke itself in three to four years as well and I want the most for my dollar.
I'm running a 3ghz dual core machine with 4gb of ram and a 512mb video card and this program is slow. Every entry is followed by flashing screen as ... Read More: |
