| I bought CA Antivirus 2007 because of CA's good reputation and because the program doesn't hog resources. I've used it for almost a year now and have barely noticed its presence ... until 3-4 weeks ago. Now every time I start my computer, and even at random times, I get pop-ups saying that my antivirus program expires TODAY. I also receive e-mails at least once a day from CA saying the same thing. CA's "[Technical] Premier Support" for their products, including the "Internet Security Suite 2009" is competent, diligent and capable. | I bought a new computer that did not come with anti-virus software. I bought this for cheap...worried it was a scam, but it's great! Easy to use and inter-act with. The anti-spyware is great! Down side...it's only good for one year then I have to re-purchase. I'll worry about that later. |

| This product will cause more harm than good to your computer. The firewall totally blocks you off from the internet, it slows down the computer, it uses up way too much resources, it cannot be properly uninstalled, and the customer service is poor. This product is highly un-recommended. It not even worth the time or money. Do not buy this software, you will regret your decision of investing in this product. |

| Anytime I've tested another brand, my computer and productivity has suffered. This is ONE company that is getting the AV software right.
Automatic updates CONTINUOUSLY - so when something new is developed, you get it. When I run THIS software even on cabled networks and hotel networks, well, I feel secure that CA is doing what I've paid them to do - to keep my computer virus free. I also like the updates for detecting potential NEW threats using their new engines. I've had CA on several of ... Read More: |

| I have used previous versions of CA firewall and they were good. This version is a nightmare of user interface. Its sluggishly slow and on top of it I just can't make it work other than to lock out everything. I am a geek and still can't make it do flexible stuff, can't imagine for an average user!! Stay out |
