| I bought Adobe Acrobat 6.0 more than a year ago because someone told me that 7.0 had some glitches to watch out for. I have had to reload the 6.0 software at least 15 times because it hangs up or just stops working. I searched for answers online and finally learned that the problem comes from the updates not being installed correctly. You cannot have updates on the computer that are a later version than the software. I took off all versions of updates for both reader and acrobat and installed just ... Read More: |

| Our company has some computers with software that is not compatible with Photoshop CS, so we bought a copy of 7.0. Not only is it compatible, but unlike CS, you can put it on as many computers you like. I have CS on my computer here at work and 7.0 on the one I have have at home. There is not a whole lot of differences, but I would say the bells and whistles included in CS made me decide to give this a 4 star rating instead of a 5. |

| Great features but it's extremely slow to load and is terribly buggy. On an HD project with four layers and keyframes, it's utterly unusable due to crashing. I've gotten weird behavior, errors during renders and, worst of all, shutdowns. It is unusable since it now takes approximately 2 minutes to load and I get a major crash within a few minutes of trying to do anything useful.
I've got three fast hard drives and 3 Gb of RAM on Win XP so you'd think that would be enough. It would be ... Read More: |
