| This is a great product. My only complaint is that customers like me who upgrade evertime a new version is released end up paying tens times what it would cost to buy the full version of the latest product. I don't know how these people sleep at night. I'd give the product five stars, but I'm so angry that I'm being extremely generous to give four stars to this product. |

| Their programs work on both my desktop and laptop and they have once again improved over previous versions and it gives you such a wide variety of opportunities for creativity. Of course it is a monster program so you need a fast machine with space available to run it and it is good to know how to use it or get training as much to learn. I am glad Adobe bought Macromedia and have incorperated it with Adobe. |

| I've been living with 4.0 for quite a while. The 3.0-to-4.0 upgrade wasn't that big of a deal so I waited through the 4.0-5.0 upgrade for 6.0 to come out. I do run Windows Vista on this PC so this upgrade was mainly to fix some problems that 4.0 had on Vista. After the upgrade to 6.0 and letting the upgrade chew through all photos overnight, I have to say it isn't a ton different than 4.0. | I found CS3 to be a really worthy upgrade. It runs faster than CS2 on same machines - even including older G4/G5 Macs. For Intel Macs, the speed gain is even more significant. The Bridge interface has improved a lot. There is a nimber of other improvements, and at the same time, the interface has been kept consistent, so there is no downtime looking where the buttons are now, etc., even if you are upgrading from Photoshop 7.

| Adobe Acrobat Professional make life so much simpler. It allows you to make pdf's so you can send them to people without microsoft word. All they have to have is the free Adobe pdf reader found on adobe's website.
It also allows you to convert pdf's back into word documents, or just lets you type in the pdf itself. One of the most useful tools it has is "scanning to pdf" so you can scan in a 14 page contract, and it's ready to go as one email, instead of having 14 different attachments. For students, ... | The Adobe Production suite has MAJOR PROBLEMS! Beware before purchasing it. This pertains to the Macintosh version. Premiere will NOT allow you to use (import) or output any Windows-based media (no AVI, no WMV, etc.). So if you have a digital camera that renders AVI videos they cannot be used or edited directly within Premiere on the Mac platform. (This happens even with the full version of Flip4Mac WMV Studio Pro installed.)
