| This is so poor, it shouldn't be given away. The screen savers are excellent but require heavy use of the CPU. The games are only partial and require further investment for the complete version. Quite a rip off and disappointment from an otherwise satisfied Microsoft customer. |

| I would recommend buying the very latest ipod transfer software - not TuneTransfer.
I bought a used CD-ROM in July 2008, originally released 2006; but when I downloaded it into two separate PCs, neither failed to detect an ipod attached (even when I changed itunes settings to allow disk usage). This tells me perhaps the latest version of itunes disables this software to detect the ipod, when attached - thus, not allowing transfer of songs. ...If itunes really wanted ipod memory ... | Once I got the product working, I liked it a lot. However, it initially did not work and I had to download an update. My friend bought this as well but she just gave up. Once I downloaded the update everything worked fine. |

| I purchased the $19.95 download version of this software directly from DataPilot for my LG CU515 (I got a perfectly fine data cable for my phone from Amazon for $1.35). My phone is not supported by BitPim at this time, but since BitPim is freeware you should check to see if it might be a viable alternative for your phone before you spend money for this. From past experience I know it can be tricky to get a cell phone and PC communicating. The Pix 'n Tunes software installs easily enough, and has to install several ... Read More: |

| iWow works fine and I like it, but it only works if you're listening to the music through your computer speakers and/or attached speakers. However, if you're planning to use a USB or firewire sound interface between your computer and the mixer/stero system speakers, it just won't work. They are aware of the problem too. It's funny, in the list of FAQs of iWow, they actually tell you that it won't work if you're using a sound interface. |
