| To start, this is a great product. Naturally, you'll want the best price. Amazon normally is the place. In this case, I ordered from one of the Amazon vendors (not yet rated, but if nobody uses them, how will they get rated?) I have a client that needed this product(I own it and recommended it to him), so I ordered it, trying to save him a few bucks. | This is a very good mapping program. It is easy to install and register. Making a trip plan is very easy and there are a lot of options for length of day, speed, and extra stops. If anything could be improved, more hotel brands and restaurants could be included. I would recommend this program to anyone looking for a better than average mapping solution. |

| Thank goodness someone still had this item. I bought it because I do not like Vista. My computer crashed and lost everything. Had to start over.
This was very easy to install and works like a charm. No problems at all. I would do it all over again in a minute if I had to. |

| what kind of a company rewards loyal users by putting up a roadblock to productivity? this is the worst software 'upgrade' i have ever seen, and I've been using software for the past 20 years. yes, there are additional useful features. yes, there are fixes to previous limitations. but no, they did not have to be implemented with a completely new UI. | In Feb 07, after reading horrible reviews of Norton and McAfee internet security software, I decided to go with the relatively untested Microsoft Onecare. I had no complaints until last week when Onecare failed to detect and remove a Trojan Downloader. I spent hours running scans (one in safe mode) and all I got was a message saying it could not be removed-- all this despite assurances from Onecare technical support that it would correct the problem. | I bought a new Dell XPS 1330 a few months ago which came with Vista as the OS and it's an inferior and buggy product. Here are the issues I've had to deal with:
1. Right out of the box, Windows would not shut down. Vista gives you something like seven options but all of them led to the same thing--the system froze.
