| wow I have only had this product for a day and a half. And I am very very impressed with it. The installation of the product(dragon) only took about 10 minutes to install. The voice recognition took about another 10 to fully understand my voice patterns. Actually it started understanding my voice within the first 1 to 2 seconds. | I finally received by new Dragon 10 and the Bluetooth bundled ear piece. It took a long time as nuance did not send me any kind of tracking number so I missed the shipment. However, it was well worth the wait. I have to admit I've only had this for a few days so I have not experienced the failure of the USB inset the previous viewer has, perhaps I will over time. However, I was thrilled to see how well Bluetooth worked since I was never able to get it to work very well with version 9. Even more impressive, instead of running this ... Read More: |

| I was anxious to use this product and got it loaded right away.
However, it takes quite some time to "train" the program to understand your speaking style. I'm still working with it. It is superior to the older products. I find I must speak more slowly than normal. I would recommend if you have time to work with the product for 8-10 hours to train it. I just haven't found all that time yet. |

| I have not used it myself, we installed it in one of our satellite offices, but an experienced user was able to install it fairly easily, and said it is working well and has features that he likes, for example, commonly used words are entered easily and the text is fairly accurate, especially if there is no significant background noise in his office. Price was reasonable, too. |

| I just purchased viavoice. I read what other users mentioned about usability. It is like any new program. It involves a learning curve. I had my program running on XP. I disabled security during installation and re- enabled after installation.. You just have to tweak it for your system. I called tech support and they told me I should have brought Dragon. I decided to stay with viavoice and after voice test the software recognizes your voice. It is a good program. EIGHT OUT OF TEN. |
