| I don't know if I wasn't paying attention, or was just not informed. But this program doesn't work with macs even though it was used on the old apple2GS which is just a super old version of a mac. Don't get this if you have a mac! |

| While my experience with the CD glued to the sleeve was the same as the other review, I found that denatured alcohol would remove the glue quite well. Rosetta really should look into this.
Beyond this small problem I have found this product to be exactly as promised. It is the easiest, fastest, and in my experience the most successful method of learning a new language in the shortest amount of time. | This program is a great way to learn a language. The method of using pictures with the text helps you make associations and learn much faster and easier than just memorizing words. You do need to be self motivated but I found myself looking forward to the lessons. The program will automatically recommend to repeat a lesson if you make too many errors. | I felt I was getting "too old" to learn a new language but like magic, after 6 weeks of courses I was able to communicate easily on a recent trip to Spain. A bit frustrating at times with the pronunciations of words and I have gotten a few "giggles" from my Latin friends, but I'm still learning. Save your dollars up and then go with this quality set! |

| Reader Rabbit has been around for a long time and it is a truly wonderful system to help children improve their reading skills. What could be better than playing a game while you learn? I used it when my children were growing up and now I'm providing Reader Rabbit for my granddaughter to help her retain and improve her reading skills over the summer. My previous German language experience came from an eight week German reading course I took about 5 years ago.
