| I purchased this product without reading the reviews first, DON'T BUY THIS. I wasted time reading the instructions to figure out how to develop a commerce site and realized that numerous steps were skipped or out of order. I contacted technical support with questions and suggestions and their response was just as vague/unhelpful as the lame manual. I never did get the commerce features (tables) to work, but it looks like when you download orders or update products that the website has to be "locked" ... Read More: |

| If you are a startup e-biz I would steer clear of this offering from Macmillan. The product licensure was sold to Macmillan from its original developer "Boomerang Software" over two years ago and Boomerang no longer provides support for the product. Its hosting requirements are rather strict, and I found much of it complicated, particularly for the beginner. Dynamic pages were also VERY difficult to adapt from their pre-set templates. | After purchasing this software I figured out that it does NOT allow you to import active ebay listings, nor does it allow you do import orders from listings not made with isale. Definitely read the manual closely before buying it. Which is pretty much what I was told by an isale rep. that I should have done when I requested a refund after purchasing it.
If you are starting fresh with no current listings, this MAY be the software for you. If you already have listings on ebay and you think this may be ... Read More: |

| I have been using this software since it was first released. I upgraded from version 3 to 5 and then to 7. Even though it is out of date now, I am still using it and it has been great for my site. I have more than 150 pages at my site, with downloads on many pages, links to hundreds of photos and graphics, and even videos. It took me awhile to learn how to use it and I am sure there are features I have not yet explored, but I am glad I purchased it.
