| My child is having issues with phonics. We ordered this game in the hopes to give him a love for language and phonics. It worked. He is performing better on his phonics and language tests-he is now passing them. He enjoys reading, and he is actually writing stories. This has been a good purchase and the former reviews are correct. |

| I purchased this software because my kid's daycare uses Reader Rabbit. I picked this version since it was preschool to K & I've got a 3yr old & a 5yr old & I wanted something (for my first purchase of software) that they could both use. It's a two disk set with one for the preschool & the other is K. | I tried 3-4 Reader Rabbit Programs. They are hard to use. The navigation is not good. It takes significant learning effort to get used to the programs. I work in Software from 10 years. If its difficult to navigate for me, the kids definitely will not be able to navigate freely. It will not allow you to skip something. If the kids are using the same thing again and again and They want to skip the things they are bored of they are out of luck. It will not allow skip. Apart from that the program is educational. ... | This is our first Mia purchase and I'm VERY happy with it. My oldest is 5 yrs old and loves it. She starts kindergarten in the fall. There are 2 sections of the software. One section is games, the other is an 'adventure' story where you collect items and play all the same games as in the game section. There are a variety of 'games' to play each a bit more challenging than the last. You can also choose a difficulty level from 1-4 for each game. | This is a great learning CD. Kids learn while playing. My 4 year old grandson, who never sits still, actually sat and played this for over 2 hours. He loves it. My daughter was in shock. I would highly recommend this CD. |

| I bought this software for my 18 month old daughter... It took her a little while to figure out the mouse, but she was never bored while she learned. She is now just over 2 and has mastered all the games on both the Baby and Toddler segments.. She still loves Mattie and Reader Rabbit. I also bought 2 of the baby and toddler Sesame Street tiles... They are not as easy to learn since they require the child to use either the mouse OR the keybord, no game uses both, and these games bore her. I highly recommend ... Read More: |
