| I am so glad I purchased this product. I was a bit skeptical about the price but this software is well worth the money. Most of the subjects far exceed what my children are required to learn in school. | I bought this product under the pretense it was the Carmen Sandiego game from 1996, simply based on the description and jewel case cover photo. I was sent a copy of the game made in 2001.
The updated version is a perfectly workable game. I just wanted the one I played back in middle school! |

| I used this as part of my home-school curriculum for my 1st and 2nd graders. They LOVE this game! It teaches very basic world history and has very basic graphics. But, it makes up for its "basic"-ness in its inclusion of rich historical facts. For example, in the section about Greece it teaches about what a typical education was like for the children of ancient Greece.
