| This is a pricey gadget but it does protect the camera from moisture which is critical for the digital Canon. My last digital Canon was only 6 months old and I was carrying it in a backpack in Hawaii. A rainstorm of less than 5 minute duration resulted in the camera getting damp and it was trash, no way to repair. So this housing is cheap insurance for my expensive replacement camera and regular photos (not underwater) still turn out great even with the housing in place. I probably will use this ... | We love this camera! We bought 3 to go to the Galapagos. The pictures it takes underwater are equivalent to what you see through your mask. The pictures exceeded my expectations by a large margin. Not as good as my canon 30D but three cost less than the tax on the canon. |

| I guess you really can't complain about much when it some to the price of this camera. The casing is actually really nice. I took two rolls of film while in Hawaii and thought at least a few pictures would turn out pretty well. Not really, it seems that the flash doesn't always work making most of the pictures too dark to see anything. The one good thing is that if you scan the pictures into a comuter you can fix the color so they do look decent. But, twice the price for printing. Make sure that when ... Read More: |

| I took this on a sea kayaking/camping trip in Maine this summer and I have to say that I was truly impressed with the case! Through salt spray and a couple of drops in the water (doesn't float too well, be careful!) the case worked very well! I have a Canon Powershot A75 which fit perfectly into the case with no problems, and not a drop of water came in! Very good purchase. |

| I bought the DicaPac WP300 about a year ago for a trip to Cozumel. As the instructions say, I tested it out ahead of time by putting some tissues in the pouch and submerging it under water to see if there were any leaks. It was fine, but I still was a bit cautious so I used my older Canon PowerShot S500 instead of my newer one.

| Nothing is foolproof however, if you read the care instructions for this case, it's pretty close to being so. I have owned the Canon Powershot S410 for three years, it has recieved HEAVY use, for the last year I have used it with this case while diving. I ended up in an intense program at college that involved more diving than some people do in years.
