| It was simple to setup and at close distances from object the picture quality is adequate, though I needed a more of a varifocal (interchangeable lens) type of camera. However, I would highly recommend it and the company I bought it from. |

| I own my own business and got hired by a client who needed people who knew how to work security cameras. I didnt think it would be that hard. They needed security cameras for a national card game held 3x a year in different places all the time. They wanted us to watch or catch possible cheaters or disprove a cheater. | Q-See QPD308 is a decent camera for its price.
My only dissatisfaction with this product is that the LEDs emit a visible red light. When put next to a window, which was my intention, the LEDs reflect off the glass surface which makes it impossible to see anything. When tested in the house it worked fine but that wasn't what I bought the camera for. The quality of the picture is very good when tested on a 8" LCD display. |

| I bought this camera not for your typical surveillance use. We have an out of control Halloween party each year and i thought that this would be the best way to add a level of sophistication to the party.
My intentions were to mount in on the back deck so that the partygoers inside could keep an eye on the activities that were going on in the backyard and catch some debacherous action. | I have several of these Camera's setup and have used other cheaper wirless camera's. It is worth the extra money to go with a quality camera which doesn't lockup and continues to operate. I am very satisfied with Axis, I only with there security software would run on a mac. I have 5 of these in my house, mainly as a nanny camera. I am very happy all the way, very configurable and the wireless is amazingly reliable. I was very skeptical at first, now I would recommend any Axis camera's to anyone who needs them. |
