| We have had a Microtek Scanmaker i800 for several years. It has great color and D-max. BUt we needed a doc feeder. So we bought this model, assuming a somewhat similar quality and speed would be encountered. WRONG! This unit has a constant banding issue (rainbow stripes appx. 0.5" from the feed edge) and is very slow for an ADF unit. |

| I was disappointed with this product. I was not able to find filmpacks to use with it. I have never used it. The product came with no instructions. I had to go online to the company website to download a user guide. It was however reasonably priced and arrived promptly. |

| I have had a number of scanners, but none begin to compare with the Microtek ScanMaker 9800XL. To begin with, it has a 12x17" scanning area, and with the Transparent Media Adapter, it allows both reflective and transparent scanning. The software is amazingly simple. It is just the best scanner that I have owned. |

| I have this printer for over 2 years, it is great the print out is the best! I have both ink jet photo printer and this Sony photo printer and the ink jet printer is nowhere close to the DPP-EX50.
I would give this printer 5 stars but Sony support take away 2 of the stars. Like the other reviewer said there is no support for Vista and Sony have no plan on releasing any drivers update for Vista. Typical Sony product great product and no support. |

| I own one I got it for Free when I bought My Camera...Yeah. It may have good features, BUT it doesn't do anything very well. The photos aren't worth the money you spend on the paper you print it on.
Yeah. Plus it is SOOOOOOOOOOO SLOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWW...... even when just printing a black text on on like a word document. | I only scanned about 15 rolls of APS before it gave up the ghost. Luckily, it has a 1 year warranty. I sent it off to Nikon for repair. The scans were for the most part fine. Oddly enough they're always rotated wrong, but that's easy enough to fix. Preview takes too long, so work off of your index prints. |

| I just spoke with Epson, and they tell me the manufacurer's suggested price for the Epson V350 is $129.99. Unless their customer service is mistaken, the one offered here on Amazon is overpriced. |

| I would HIGHLY recommend buying another printer than this piece of s&#*. It worked fine for the first few weeks, then it suddenly kept coming up with an error message that cannot be bypassed. The Canon tech support was not helpful in the least, and I ended up having to buy a whole new set of ink cartridges. Very disappointed with this product and Canon in general. |
