| This product worked well enough initally but I was not at all impressed with it's true color abilties when used to print anything other then text. After a few months things only got worse when I began to notice severe ink smears or splotches appearing upon all printed documents. Now it's like it is possessed and it only works correctly after about 10 tries. Thanks to the crappy quality of this printer I will soon be purchasing a new one and without a doubt it will not be this model! |

I am a professional photographer, but I use the 2200 for many of my personal (as opposed to professional) projects. | After the time allotted for shipping had expired and attempts to contact the seller were unsuccessful I filed a claim with Amazon.com stating that I had not received the item. Amazon.com then was able to contact the seller and I received a full refund within one week. Apparently, the seller had already sold the item and failed to update their account. |

| Be very very careful when purchasing anything from Visioneer. I have owned a One Touch 9220 scanner for about 4 years, and just learned they will not support it, and there will be no drivers for Vista. Not only that, but because the scanner is out of production, I had to call a #@%^%& 900 number and PAY to find out I had been ripped off. Visioneer's level of corporate greed exceeds belief. If you ever think you might have to upgrade your computer, I would advise finding a company which supports its products. |

| Considering the fact that this printer was free with the purchase of a digital camera, I would not recommend purchasing this printer. If you can get it for free - go for it. Biggest complaint was trying to print standard sized photos. It never would print the pictures correctly on photo paper. The scanner and copier worked fine. Like all the other reviews, ink cartridge replacement was very irritating. LCD panel was very hard to read. | An awesome scanner for the money. Paid $39 at Circuit City (Sorry Amazon). Works like a dream. Of course you could get a higher end scanner but it would be a higher end price to boot. Does everything that the model replacing it does for about $50 less. |
