| It is 03/10/2004 A.D. now and this magnificent machine is working well still and not a flaw. Ease, usages, portability, working with Windows 98 First Editon on a 266 MHZ work horse were contibuting factors. Buying this and DX 4530 Made in China designed in Japan cameras was important in choosing this One-Touch photo printer. Cost is always a factoring in any purchase. | This is by far one of the worst purchases I've made...not necessarily Amazon's fault, but not a good printer!! Barely 8 months of mild usage and I have nothing but feed problems....it either does not feed paper or it feeds several sheets at once. Needless to say, I've wasted alot of photo grade paper!! I guess I have an extra boat anchor now. |

| This is by far one of the worst purchases I've made...not necessarily Amazon's fault, but not a good printer!! Barely 8 months of mild usage and I have nothing but feed problems....it either does not feed paper or it feeds several sheets at once. Needless to say, I've wasted alot of photo grade paper!! I guess I have an extra boat anchor now. |

| This printer is GARBAGE. I have used printers since 1989 and this is definitely the worst. I owned a few Epsons with no problems at all, I only upgraded as the technology improved, not because any of them were broken or didn't work.. and I think next time I will go back to an Epson. The hp is a "photo" printer, but if you put more than 3 pieces of photo paper in it at a time, it will jam and waste your paper and ink. It also will not do envelopes without hand feeding it one at a time, hand printing would almost be faster! ... Read More: |

| This printer was a gift for my high school graduation. I got a digital camera too to go with it. It was nice because I could print pictures without a computer. The quality was pretty good and the pictures came out relatively fast. It was really small too, so I was able to put it in a drawer when I wasn't using it.
I would've been able to say more, but my relationship with this printer was short-lived. I stopped using it for about 8 months (I'm not big on taking pictures anyway) then I decided to dust it off and ... Read More: |

| Has been a reliable printer. I have needed to clean the heads often to keep from having many lines on my pictures. Big downfall is that, after a while, the pages started printing crooked. Pictures and text aren't very sharp either. |

| I bought the scanner a year or 2 ago and every thing was working properly, until I connected it to my new computer a week ago and it wasn't detected by windows. I did some testing and found out that the plug stopped working. It doesn't have a light in the front, so I don't know if it's getting power, but I connected another plug and windows detected the scanner and installed it. then I found out that the plug was the under powered(I needed 12v, 650mA, The one I used one that was 9V, 300mA).
