| What a great little printer. Super high quality color prints spit out fast and effortlessly. Easy to use and even color corrects. Couldn't be more satisfied with this item. I find myself taking more photos just for the chance to use this nifty printer.

| I've had this printer for 3 years. I've NEVER had a problem with it. Sure, it's not as fancy as current printers on the market, but all that stuff is just extra for you to waste money on. Good quality in photos. Great with documents. |

| I bought this scanner to do several hundred family slides. I found a refurbished one, and was able to get that with my limited budget.
The scanner came in an old box, and without the original packing - unlike other refurbished items I've bought before; which came in new boxes and with new packing. | This is my third Epson. The head on all of them started clogging within a year. I wasted lots of expensive ink trying to get this one unclogged. I'm done with the brand. |

| For the price, size and quality its more novelty than serious printer, but its a good sort of novelty. Pictures are small, but are on par with any other polaroid style camera. Good for scrapbooking, or checking images off LCD for digicams etc. I bought mine in the hope it'd work with my P800 cell phones infrared, it didn't. Works fine with my nikon coolpix though. The manual in mine says shoulderstrap included, however on the box it says it isn't,and it wasn't, not really a big ... Read More: |

| The bundled install disk was corrupted. There was not a single scratch on the disk but my computer, and a few friends, could not read the disk. HP said to just download and install the drivers off their website. This does not work either. After downloading and running the most up to date drivers I get an error every time saying at least one file could not be found. The software then rolls back and forces me to restart. | Although the Epson Perfection 2480 Photo (this one came along with Multi Phoot Feeder) keeps colors fairly accurate, I am disapointed when it comes to scanning photos, papers and the like on the flatbed. In this case, the area scanned is smaller than the glass plate indicates. Aligning any object to either side of the glass plate (using it's borders as the aligment tool) will unavoidably cut of part of the scanned image (as shown in the customer photos I uploaded.)

| Kodak staticide wipes are ok for cleaning a scanner. However, I've found that they can leave streaks so it's best to use them in tandem with a genuine chamois (sp.?) towel. Clean your scanner glass with the staticide wipe, then give it about 3 minutes to dry. Then go over it with the soft side of the chamois. Make sure to be thorough. |
