| I used thiscards using a kit. It was easy to get the printer tp print on half sheets of paper. Simple printer- simple to use. However, it's not suited for job like this that use a lot of color. I used color just for the text, printed about 200 things and then had to get another cartridge (which is like $25). Not for business printing, you will spend way too much on ink. |

| Althought I think it is completely ridiculas to have to write all of this for ebay, after I already rated this 4 stars! Ebay makes this way too time consuming. What better than a five star rating, unless yuo're lonely and need to type to someone? It's good stuff... That's enough!!!!!!!!!!! |

| if you are a mac user, this is a great deal for a darn good dye sub printer! install the OSX driver and off you go into iPhoto-land printing all your pictures using all sorts of themes from within iPhoto. my fave tho' is the tried and true simple white edged border. it also does edge to edge no problem. this is NOT a substitute for kodak services if that's your bag, but for at-home creativeness and family album fun this can not be beat. i like to use it with "Comic Life" to add captions and make postcards. ... | Why am I here?
Because all I needed to do was make 2 scans to include in a shipping document. This is supposed to be a stand alone scanner where the computer isn't needed. Well, the output of the copy is by far the worst thing I have ever seen. Almost a slight image of words if black is selected. Streaked with red if color is tried. | Unfortunately, this machine does not work yet. Rather than hassle the return centers and all that, I am electing to take it to Olympus, down the street from me, and pay to have it fixed. Hopefully I can then update this review.
Olympus claims the printer works, but it will not for me. I have a Mac, so probably that is the problem. It is gathering dust as we speak, and I will eventually put it in the dumpster. |

| This is, in and of itself, a good printer/scanner/copier. It makes good prints (when you use the right media), and scans accurately. I'm not too worried about print speed, because I'm an amateur home user. Where I take issue with the CX6600 is in changing ink. The cartridges have a chip on them which tells the printer when they think they're out of ink (whether or not they actually are); and once that happens, all you have is a (rather ugly) desk ornament. If, for example, you're out of cyan ink, you can't print in black only; you can't even scan. ... Read More: |

| I purchased this printer back when it was $99.99 thinking that it was a good deal. I read the review and the last one made me think that the problem was corrected. It wasn't. The printer you will receive is a Lexmark P350 Portable Photo Printer. This is what the photo shows, but it is not a laser printer of any kind. I sent the first one back, and they sent me the same thing in return.
I will admit that they reimbursed me on my purchase and I am currently waiting on reimbursement on the two return shipping costs. Customer Service ... Read More: |

| I haven't been able to get the Print CD capability to work on my printer yet, which is the entire reason I bought it in the first place. I've been talking to Epson technical support, but they can't seem to figure it out. I'm waiting for another CD tray to arrive to see if that's the problem, but it's been over a week now. Meanwhile, my project is on hold because I can't print the CDs. |

| We purchased this printer from an electronics store a couple of years ago, when we realized the OS on our computer was not compatible, we just used it for copying, which was ok and it served its purpose. Now that we have upgraded our computer, the scanner works to put pictures in but when I replaced the ink cartridges, it won't print anything except a few yellow dashes or it gives an error. We spent over $100 on this a few years back and now we will have to replace it since it won't print a darn thing. Hopefully the scanner will continue to work and we ... Read More: |
