| This is a great little camera! I've had a few point-and-shoot cameras and this one is very easy to use and takes pretty darn good pictures!
I found that the red-eye button was making the shutter pretty slow, but once it was turned off, I've had no problems with use. And, as a mother to a 1-year-old, the anti-shake feature is a lifesaver! |

| This is a pretty simple accessory, a form-fitted piece of white plastic that lets a flash simulate a "bare bulb" type of light. Useful when indoors, or near reflecting surfaces. | I have the sb-600 and just got this one! I like how this is compact and easy to lug around. Works great for the normal everyday stuff.
Has the ability to tilt up, but not side to side... that's what the sb-600 is for. =0). Overall, the SB-400 is a nice little upgrade from the weak built-in flash, and fairly priced! |

| I own a Canon XTi camera and was very pleased with it. The 40D is a step above the XTi. The image quality is a step better. When you buy a particular brand of camera, whether it be Canon, Nikon, whatever, you "get in bed" with them because of ALL the accessories. I have more money invested in Canon compatible lenses, than just the camera. The Nikon D300 came out and it is a step above the 40D. I could not consider going for it because of having to start over again with all new lenses, flash units, etc.

| I've owned a Wpi and a W30. Great cameras. After a full weekend camping and hiking in the rain the shutter button on the W60 started to not activate the shutter, the camera would focus but not take the photo, or only take it after depressing the button very hard or very long. I've returned to Amazon. Photos are good, especially in good light at lower zoom levels. Battery seems to give about 230 photos with all the bells and whistles turned off. |

| I purchased this from BestBuy just because I didn't want to wait for shipping and I needed a camera this weekend. Anyway, after going through a few Kodak digital cameras, first a 5 MP and then a 8mp I upgraded to this wonderful Sony 10mp that is just fantastic. I had it out of the box and taking pictures within 5 minutes. I posted a fantastic picture of a butterfly under product images. That was taken impulsively in easy mode.

| I had the powershot G2 and loved it but found it too slow and wanted to upgrade. I love the feature set of the G9 however could not give it a 5 because there is a modest amount of grain on ISOs above 200 (likely due to the higher pixel count). I love the full control and the solid feel of the camera. I have an external speedlight flash that works like a charm with the G9.
