| I bought this conversion lens for my husband for our anniversary in Aug.
We have a Sony DSC-H7. At first he did not think it really did much. But then we started to take some pictures and they were amazing....really neat flower pictures and deer. The other night there was a full moon coming up over the mountains. He took pictures of it and you could even see the trees on the mountains. | It's been about 2 months that I've had this lens and it almost never leaves my camera. I'm came to buying this lens after being lured in by the ever-so-attractive constant f/2.8 aperture. It was a contest between this lens and the Nikon 16-85 f/3.5-5.6 VR and now, I know I've made the right choice.

| A very nice telephoto zoom, but a bit lacking in light gathering since the lowest f number is 4. Just getting started using it and have some excellent fall pictures.

| i bought this lens last year before going to England. I kept it on my xti practically the entire time I was there, except for the architectural shots I took with my 10-22 wide canon lens. This prime lens provided very high quality shots with a beautiful bokeh. For the price, i have no right to give this lens less than a 5 star rating; and for sigma to produce a lens with a nice professional matte feel and size- this one is hard to beat. | If you've bought the new Panasonic Digital Camera, then this lens adapter is a "must have" for the avid photographer. Admittedly I am not the photo artist in the family, but hubby is and is thrilled to have this. Simple to use - just screw it onto to front "barrel" of the camera and then attach whatever other lens you want to use onto the other end. It would be a great stocking stuffer for your photo artist. |

| This macro lens attaching to an existing lens works well and has an exceedingly low price. Of course it is not a dedicated macro lens. But because it is easy to carry (small) and so inexpensive and of good quality it is a bargain. |

| A really nice lens, great fun, great shots, a little slower than f2.8 more like f4. But still for the price it's great. At 17mm, not a huge wide angle effect, but still great for street shots. |

| Wedding photography is challenging, partly because of low-light situations, such as in a church when no flash is allowed or in a reception hall when the house lights are dimmed. For those situations this is my lens of choice.
