| I received this camera for Christmas and I have just about decided to send it back. It seems to need very good lighting to take a sharp picture. If the subject is too far away or too dark, the pictures come out blurry. Not just dark but blurry like a water color painting that had water splashed on it. I have reset the camera to factory settings and will try taking some more test shots. For now, my 3MP Kodack Easyshare camera takes better pictures than the M1093.

| Excellent acquisition. The value and the resolution was so great. The pictures are really clear and colorfull but the zoom is +AA. Much better than the Cyber Shot and the other ones. |

| This camera produces great pictures and has several settings to use. After turning off all the silly noises that drove me nuts i use this camera often and am always happy with the pictures i get. I'll assume it's my rechargeable AA batteries that don't last long enough but it i never get as many pictures as i want out of one battery life. | I HAVE OWNED SEVERAL DIGITAL CAMERAS, EACH BETTER IN PICTURE QUALITY THAN THE PREVIOUS ONES, NOT TO MENTION THE OPTIONS AND THE BULKY SIZE. BUT NONE THAT I HAVE RESEARCHED AND COMPARED HAS COME CLOSE IN RESOLUTION, OPTIONS,SIZE AND THE PRICE. I LOVE IT. THE MENU IS SIMPLE THE STYLE IS GREAT. THE SCREEN IS LARGE ENOUGH TO VIEW PHOTOS WITH IT'S RICHNESS, NOT TO MENTION THE SMOOTH FLOW OF THE TOUCH SCREEN. THIS CAMERA IS MARVELOUS. |

| I like the quality of the outdoor photos. Indoor photos have some problems with redeye even when redeye is enabled. I still would have given this camera 4 stars but for one glaring ommission. I have to resize EVERY photo that I take in order to print 4" x 6" photos. In looking at the specs, I see that the camera isn't capable of 3264 x 2176 resolution. | I bought this cool little blue camera for myself for Christmas. I've been using the Canon PowerShot SD400 Elph 5mp 3x Zoom for the past few years and have really enjoyed it; however, this new camera blows it out of the water!
Besides falling in love with the look and style of the E1 (it's the most beautiful shade of robin's egg blue I've ever seen), the pictures I've taken are incredible both in detail and clarity. | If you can afford the price difference and don't mind the extra bulk of the protruding lens, get the DMC-LX3. You will be SO much happier. It's the bigger sibling to this camera, and all the pros are buying it and raving about it. I returned FX-150 and bought the LX3 when I experienced the poor low light performance and random blurry spots on the FX-150 lens myself. LX3 has full manual controls, MUCH wider angle (which I LOVE!), and MUCH, MUCH better lower light performance thanks to its f2.0 lens and larger sensor.

| I am dissapointed with this camera. The 8.2MP is a gimmick, it does not outperform my old 2MP camera. On top of that the color is always a bit pale, yellowish, and very noisy. The manual WB does not fix the color problem. Finally, it is slow even compared to similar cameras from 4 years ago. |
