| It is a very nice camera. It's small and neat and easy to use. It is up and ready to take a photo in seconds, which is one thing that I wanted in a camera and ready to take another photo if you miss the first shot. But the images just do not cut it for indoor usage. Outdoors they look very good and clean but indoors they get very grainy. They look good on the LCD before and after, but once you take them off you see the true quality.

| This is my 3rd digital camera. I know how to use a digital, and have had different types. For the money I paid, it is a great camera. There are so many different options, I am still learning them.

| Negative: shutter lag is pretty serious, but if you have the right settings, it gets better. Takes some time to figure out. Also it appears to be better when more memory is available.

| We bought this as a replacement for an older version that didn't survive a dip in the sink (it was actually our fault and not the kids'!). I didn't want a camera with too many buttons and functions, as I use it to take pics of the kids and need to point and shoot quickly before I lose the shot. I haven't had any issues with the camera. It's worked wonderfully from day one. | You need to set camera to auto or a HIGH ISO to not get blurry pictures. If you had yours set to a low ISO--you will get blurry pictures_so you got what you set the camera for. Should have set it on smart scene select. |

| This is a great camera! At 400 ISO and below it takes amazingly detailed pictures without any visable noise even if photos are cropped. The learning curve to use the custom functions is a bit steep, however. It comes with a thick manual and I'm still learning all the functions. I already had a lot of 35mm pentax lenses and its compatiblity with my existing lenses are the main reason I chose this camera over another make. | This was a birthday gift for my teenager. The camera is awesome. In my opinion, better than the Canon PowerShot I have. It has a very nice display, the pictures are clear and crisp. The shutter movement is quick. I would recommend as a good deal for anyone needing a quality camera for a good price. |
