| It's a great camera, i don't complain, great built and it feels good in your hand. Image quality it's what i expected. the kit lenses are flexible and sharp, not complains at all... but i recently founded 2 dead pixels in every picture, and i read that it's a normal thing in this body, not very happy with that. |

| This camera is very nice but to me it did have few set backs. From the time you click the button for your picture and the time the pic is actually taken was a bit slow but I havent adjusted any settings yet on my camera. I believe there is a setting for that on there though. In my opinion if you are trying to take quick pics from the beginning this camera is not for you. I have young kids and is very hard to take pics with them moving all the time. And when you take pictures there is a red light that shines in peoples ... Read More: |

| Bought this product before going on vacation since I couldn't locate the original adapter for my camera (thanks to my 3yo's facination with cords). I love the smaller design and it charged quickly. It packs up in the camera bag nicely. I won't have to worry about where it went anymore. |

| Needed a pocket sized camera to have handy and capture the moments in everyday life. The dsc-w170 is wonderful. It has many functions, yet you can start taking great picture right out of the package. We have the Sony Hybrid and love it but considered it too much for hauling around on trips and everyday stuff -- thus this Sony purchase.
Also with a memory card it can dispaly thousands of pictures -- great brag book - can just do a slide show and share!! |

| I bought a top of the line SD camera with a 50 zoom. I could not stand the "video tape quality" of the video so I got this HD one. I am new to camcorders but good with electronics. I am amazed with the quality of the sound and HD video. The controls seem quite intuitive and I think they have got their act together. I am not easy to please but if this holds up over time I will be further amazed as things are not built to last these days. This is not good. Have to have the AVCHD recorder DW100 to use this. | Well, it's a $5-6 cleaning cloth that you can take with you wherever you go. I've clipped it on with my keys because I never know when i'm going to take photos. It's a nice soft cloth and it does its job. However, the little pouch that holds the cloth doesn't have a way to be closed (drawstring, zipper, etc). So my guess is.. in a little bit, the mouth of the pouch will stretch and the cloth inside will start falling out.. it's already kinda slipping out a little and it's been used say 7 times.
