| This little digital camera, video/audio recorder, MP3 player is a compact, lightweight piece of equipment to take on trips or any type of traveling. It's value makes it expendable should you lose it;it get stolen or damaged in transit. I was amazed at the quality of the voice recording I took while on a tour bus in Jamaica of the tour guide telling a joke. The only thing I miss on this Aiptek model is the extra video recording light that was on an earlier version. |

| I had resigned myself to having to spend $600 or so to get a camera to record HD video with my son. When I saw the DXG for about $200 (I got it for $199 at B&H) I thought I'd give it a try (the reviews elsewhere are better than here).
If you go in expecting flawless 3CCD quality 1080p video from this camera, then move along, the key is value for the dollar. My one criticism is that the anti-shake feature is not available in 1080p mode, effectively making 1080p a tripod-only affair. However, ... Read More: |

| I've always been satisfied with JCV products and this is no exception. The sound and picture are excellent and the zoom is great! I know that digital is the way most people are going, but the tapes are inexpensive and easy to use and I like the idea of having everything on tape. The camera connects to the computer easily and the uploads are very simple. On top of everything else, the quality is high and the price is low. In fact, this is one of the most inexpensive video cameras on Amazon! Great buy! |

| This is my first camcorder & I really love this product. The quality of videos taken is amazing. Battery life is also good. The best feature which I liked is support for memory stick. With DVD you cann't shoot more than 20 minutes with high quality but with memory stick there is no such limitation. I strongly recommend this product to others. |

What a treat it was to get this camcorder! It comes with a charging stand, which I prefer to just plugging directly into a wall. It took about 1 ½ hours to charge and I have about 90 minutes of recording time on my battery. That is so nice. I have a choice of memory cards, either SDHC or MMCplus -- or I could go with the internal memory, which gives me 75 minutes in superfine mode. That is a huge plus. | I will say that the video quality at the highest setting is very good. I also purchased the largest additional battery that was available and i am not diappointed with that either. I have shot over 30 hours of video so far and the quality is pretty good. The camera is light weight and easy to hold for long periods of time with no problems, which is a huge plus. The menu is easy to navigate to make any adjustments.

| This camera is pretty solid for the price. I use it for video production and have done a music video and am currently making an internet tv show with it. Like most camcorders, the on board mic is pretty bad, so I got a Rode VideoMic, and now its great! The low-light performance is far, but more expensive cameras do a lot better. The manual controls are pretty good, but I would have liked to be able to control the aperture. My one big complaint is that it has no headphone jack. | I don't like sony item any ways. I wish that the person who got this for us. Got it where will live so that we could return it. It does not take good video at all. You can not see the picture good at all too. Now I don't know what to do with it. I would not recommended this to any one at all. |
