| Just got this camera and went traveling with it. It's about the same size of my old Canon A40 but not as heavy. The battery life is fantastic and can be charge via your computer. The photos turn out good. Video is good too. An all around, versatile, camera in my book. |

| Pros: Price is right (cheap); Easy to use; clever tiny design; interesting features that you can personalize to your liking; sufficient storage (with addon 1GB card...spend extra and get it); battery life seems pretty good so far; no worry about power when connected to usb port on pc.
Cons: Video is not outstanding but ok; still photos come out pretty decent; for best results you need to use camera in good lighting conditions. |

| The camera is good. It offers 720p 60 frames per seconds. Looks good in the HD TV. It comes with a remote control. I used 4G SD cards. Enough for 1 hour game.
Shots at night are not pretty good. You need to have good illumination. I don't really like the pictures, you have to be too still to get a good one. For the money is excellent. I just take out the SD card, take out the movie, post it in youtube. Or I just put them in my laptop with HDMI output and I can play them back in the TV, if I took the ... Read More: |

| I have owned this thing for about 2 weeks, and I have had a chance to put it through it's paces. Here are my findings:
Don't buy it for the built-in player. It leaves a lot to be desired. It only supports 3 codec/bitrates: MP4 @ 512kb / 24fps with PCM (!) audio,(at either 640x480, or 320x240) or the even more grim motion jpg, which is so inefficient I wont even spec it here. | Got two of these last christmas for my kids. Ended up paying around $50 each with discounts I had. For my kids age 8 and 14 these have been great. They love to make stop motion movies. It was well worth the money. And they've used them almost everday since christmas.Only had one problem and that was a knob fell off after my son dropped his but it still works. They may drop the price on them like they did last christmas, if they do snap one up for your kid. |

| This little digital camera, video/audio recorder, MP3 player is a compact, lightweight piece of equipment to take on trips or any type of traveling. It's value makes it expendable should you lose it;it get stolen or damaged in transit. I was amazed at the quality of the voice recording I took while on a tour bus in Jamaica of the tour guide telling a joke. The only thing I miss on this Aiptek model is the extra video recording light that was on an earlier version. |

| In the description of this item on the Amazon product page for the camera, it states it can work on a memory card of up to 4 GB. Thats not true. The max is only 2 GB. It was stated in the User Manuel for the camera and there was a card error when you try to format. Also, if you insert a card larger than 2 GBs, anything you record will go directly to the camera's internal memory of 15 MBs. So this is a great camera, great for little things, but nothing High Def. |
