| I got the Canon battery because it will activate the battery-usage indicator in the camera and it will be able to be recharged while attached to the camera. I think the knock-off brands, though cheaper, aren't capable of doing these things.

| If I received this product I'm sure I would give it a good review. But since I recived a generic version, and it was a brand I have never of. So DON'T EVER ORDER FROM E-Z BUY DIGITAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You will not receive what you order... They advertise the name brand and will send you something else... I wish I had this product.. I really needed it.. |

| The battery charger is very useful, especially if you're in a hurry. I bought the Canon BP-819 battery and it took about 2 hours to charge which is quicker than using the camcorder to charge. There are only 2 issues that I have with the charger.
1. It gets really hot, so if you have children around becareful. 2. I think it is pricey for this charger. Wish Canon would include it with the camcorder but that is where Canon gets you to buy their product. Overall, good product. If you plan to ... Read More: |

for the price I got everything I wanted and everything was how the specs. said. A note about other comments: sometimes people do not read the specifics carefully enough and therefore think the product was not what they expected...also, sometimes people don't read the instructions well enough (or at all) and thus make flip remarks that the product doesn't work right. | I took a look at this product in a store prior to purchasing it. There is no way the orange band would cinch around my wrist. Even getting it to stay on my upper arm was a challenge, and that was just on dry land. I'm sure things would loosen up further in the water.
I didn't get to test whether or not it floats. Assuming it floats and gets your camera to float with it, I would recommend buying this only if you have large hand/wrist OR if you have a separate, tighter wrist band to secure your camera ... Read More: |
