| I took this camera out to an underwater archaeology site. It worked great and took good pictures especially with the flash. The water had about 2 to 3 ft. visibility. I tried to take a picture without the flash but the lighting was too poor. The video part of the camera worked very well too. The only problem is the small buttons with thick gloves. Memorize the buttons because you won't be able to tell what the buttons are since they are only black with very small icons. Well worth the price. ... Read More: |

| Bought this camera for trip to Mexico in July, love to snorkel so instead of throw away invested in this camera. I left my Canon rebel digital at home figuring I could use the Sealife sea or land. NUMBER 1 big problem there is no viewfinder and a majority of the time the LCD panel was one huge rainbow like an oil slick on water. | I bought my SeaLife for a once in a lifetime trip to swim with whales. This camera was the only thing I used to capture the moments above and below the water and it did not let me down. It can use up a lot of batteries when it is on for extended period of time, and a couple of the buttons have become a little sticky over time (9 months), but the camera is priced right for the non-professional underwater adventurer. | We love this camera! We bought 3 to go to the Galapagos. The pictures it takes underwater are equivalent to what you see through your mask. The pictures exceeded my expectations by a large margin. Not as good as my canon 30D but three cost less than the tax on the canon. |

| I guess you really can't complain about much when it some to the price of this camera. The casing is actually really nice. I took two rolls of film while in Hawaii and thought at least a few pictures would turn out pretty well. Not really, it seems that the flash doesn't always work making most of the pictures too dark to see anything. The one good thing is that if you scan the pictures into a comuter you can fix the color so they do look decent. But, twice the price for printing. Make sure that when you bring the camera under ... | The IC 600 and IC 700 are good. The video of the IC 800 flashes, thus ruining any video taken in outdoor light. The camera overall is ok for light duty use. The U/W housing is prone to leaks if subjected to shock or vibration. I bought this with my credit card and Amazon.com and the seller assume no responsibility for returns for a defective product. I'm currently working with the company, but I am having great difficulty getting any help in fixing my problems with this camera. READ the fine print of the sellers and Amazon.com. |
