| I bought this printer from Amazon and everything's been great. Receiving it ahead of schedule and at a good price. The printer has performed flawlessly so far, copying, printing and scanning are real quick and it was very easy to install. Well, that doesn't go for setting up on a network but, like all the earlier reviews, it took some doing. | This is a beautifully made and operating product that I have not had the time to test all of it's capabilities. Like so many electronic products making their appearance, each generation is progressively more complex than the previous to the point that, at times, they beome cumbersome and hard to use. By the time the user gets to be ninety years old, simply inserting a piece of paper and giving the knob on the platten a spin and then typing would be a blessing. |

| First of all, this printer is very professional and sleek looking. It doesn't take up much space at all when it's all closed up, and prints reasonably fast for most moderate users. Driver's installed easy, came with great free software, free 4x6 photo paper, and free 4x6 premium photo paper.
Best value for the price (Although you can find it at about half the cost at a not-to-be-named superstore) |

| I've had nothing but trouble with HP printers. The Canon MX310 is such a wonderful change to a truly quality printer-scanner-fax, and for half the price! The software installed without a hitch in Windows XP and all functions work great. The manual is somewhat vague and it took some small amount of fiddling to operate the fax and scan modes, but in the end, not enough to remove a whole star, as it's really pretty simple to use. It also looks good, with a sleek design. I love it! Keep it up, Canon! |

| I've had my printer for about 10 months. I loved it in the beginning. For the price, I thought it was a great printer (and still do think the quality printing is good). My problem is that after about 5 months, the paper feeder would no longer feed paper into the printer. The rollers would roll, but wouldn't catch the paper to feed it in. I called Canon and they sent me a refurbished one to replace it and paid the shipping to return the old one. I was happy with their prompt response, and I do disagree with reviews saying Canon's service is bad. ... Read More: |

No sample paper comes packaged with the printer so I immeadiately went to the store to get a healthy supply of Epson papers. I picked up various sizes and weights as well as printable blank DVD's. | Just buy it! Couldn't live without it. When I want to print a lot of prints, I use Walgreens or whatever. But for the occasional print or for scrapbooking pictures of various sizes, this is awesome. |
