| I've had this for about 15 months. It is useless now. The field is completely washed out and software adjustments don't correct. It worked for a while, but being on 24/7 seems to have affected its ability to automatically adjust for varying light conditions. I must now buy a new one. . .darn. |

| I purchased this set so I could post the cameras at my front door, garage driveway, and behind my home. I am able to view my entire driveway out to the road with one camera. The color is decent but not exactly TV quality or anything, but my main concern was just to be able to see. It works well at night but you will see an almost black screen until a person walks up. | We have one camera in our 2-year old's room and one in our infant's crib. Good color picture when there is enough light. Nice to see if either kid has his eyes open or closed from outside of the room. Good sound transmission. Poor night vision picture - in low light you can't see much even if the camera is very close to your subject - it is essentially a glorified audio baby monitor. As such, we don't use the night vision option.

| We bought this camera not as a security feature, but as a "foal watch" camera to monitor our mares out in the barn about to foal. It was easy to install and we have been very happy with the clarity of the picture. The only thing is when the cordless phone rings, the picture goes bonkers, but other than that, it's worked out fine. Good value for the price. |

| Camera worked great color during the day but it is suppose to be beter than the swann buldog according to price and specs for night. It does not preform well at night seems to be to sensitive to any type of background light. The bracket system that came with my camera is not the one in the picture which seems to be a new one from swann, the mounting system I recieved is the old one which needed constant adjustment. I returned the camera |

| I connected this to a 13-inch TV I have in my office. I put the camera outside to watch when my 9-year old plays in the pool area. The camera is about 40-feet away and the signal has to go through 5 walls. The picture jumps a little once in a while but it works well enough that I can see my son clearly. The other camera is watching the front door and it works fine, especially at night. We used it to watch the trick or treaters when they came up the walk. | I'm not fully impressed with this product. For the money spent I expected better quality. Nighttime picture quality is fuzzy, though daytime is very clear. Batteries don't last long. Back clip broke off easily and now I have to prop up the monitor with something else to view. At night it puts off quite a bit of light so I wouldn't recommend it if you need complete darkness to sleep. |

| The video quality is adequate for what it's for. I don't plan to make movies with it. I like being able to see the front and back of my house. However, the user manual is worthless. The biggest drawback is that the wireless cameras totally knock out my wireless home network. Laptops put next to the access point can't find a signal. It uses the same 2.4 GHz band as home routers. Swann said there is no solution, buy a wired system. Defeats the convenience feature, doesn't it? It could possibly interrupt your neighbor's as well. ... Read More: |
