| The collar dies when the battery is replaced. The collar stopped our labrador from barking WHEN the collar worked. When the battery died, we replaced it but the collar wouldn't "restart". We called the manufacturer to replace the collar (1 year warranty) they knew about the problem and sent a new collar. Same the happened with the replacement collar. Again we sent it back to the manufacturer for a second replacement collar. Same thing happened to the third collar. I am now looking at collars ... Read More: |

| I highly recommend this rechargable device over the cheaper one where you'll end up paying just as much in replacing batteries. It's really a no brainer for a better device. The charger can charge both the collar and remote at same time.
My doberman is a very smart dog, sometimes too smart for his own good. He had some perks which I couldn't seem to control like excessive barking, jumping up on people, and etc. Obedience training only helped a little and I never liked shocked collars. However ... Read More: |

| Have had it a couple of months now and have never seen it not do it's job. Even when the squirrel hangs on. I have seen them hang on for 3 times until they can take it no more. Great fun for the kids to watch. The only problem is that the squirrels tend to not try anymore. |

| We never could get our 11-year-old Jack Russell to stop barking at noises and guests and doorbells and the UPS truck or even at us when we would sneak a kiss in the kitchen, or hand each other something (jealousy?), etc. etc. etc., and this was after a couple of doggy schools. | Hey, I actually like this thing. Since I started using it my dog has apparently stayed out of the living room it was meant to guard. And despite what I've read in other reviews, I found the batteries in both the collar and the disk seem to last forever.
My only reservation with this device is that "12' diameter" range. Potential buyers need to understand two things: 1. That that means only SIX feet away from the device (yes folks, a 12' diameter is only a 6' radius!) and 2. That range is exaggerated. ... Read More: |

| This product works well for what its designed to do, absorb doggie mess. It has helped us train our dachshund puppy to go outside better, but there's one problem. He loves playing and digging in the grass. Therefore, he also loves digging and playing with this pad because its "grass scented". I'm sure not every dog reacts this way, but ours did. I think it helped him know to go outside when we take him out, but we'll change to just a normal pad when we run out of these, and hopefully stop some of the digging and shredding ... Read More: |

| I have older dogs who use potty pads and I was so tired of wet floors. This has really made a difference! It did take a little training but once they got the hang of it it has made my life so much easier! It is so much cleaner. If you have a dog that uses potty pads you need on of these! I wish I had bought one sooner. Good packaging and a quick ship! |

| This was by far the best few dollars ever spent. After trying to correct my dog from barking for the last four years, my sister-in-law told me to try this product as it worked on her Husky. It literally took TWO corrections! Now a simple 'No' (no shouting required) gets his attention. :-) |

| We have 2 small dogs and have broken them to the pads. I am not sure about this product, maybe if I had purchased the trays to put them in it might be better. What I found was they have a tendency to feel damp on the bottom. This is not what you want in wee wee pads. |
