When I received this product, the battery charger would not charge the collars. Innotek sent me a new one the same day I called them! We rented a trench digger & burying the wire 3 inches underground was a snap! I had a few questions about how the collars worked and the Innotek rep was very helpful and courteous. I have two dogs. | We have a large, tough, and independent Lab. He has developed a dislike to the varmints in our neighborhood and has taken on the sole duty of warning the household. We put the new collar on and he can't even get a full bark out. He may try 2 or 3 times and then he is finished. It will get his attention. The collar is simple to set up, we used the default settings (escelates on each bark until he stops) charged it up and your ready to go.

| This product has worked really well with getting our standard poodle puppy to stop barking. I love the remote so I can control her when she is out in the yard. The first button is only a noise, while the second and third buttons shoot a blast of air at her. When she starts to bark I usually only have to just put the collar on her to get her to calm down, as she doesn't like the beeping sound nor the air blast. I like that this can control her but causes her no pain. |

| I bought this product for my 7 month old beagle as a training tool. It worked great the first day or two but she quickly got used to it. I was disappointed and would not recommend the product to anyone if you are using it for training purposes. |

| The actual spray portion of the system is very good and effective with our 5 year old Lhasa Apso, however he was able to tear through the collar which we had to replace with a leather one. All in all a good product and well worth the packaged purchase . |

| It did its job because our cat is no longer scratching areas...but the adhesive in some areas doesn't adhere well to the fabric...would be better if the adhesive strips were closer to the edges and placed around all four sides of the panel... |

| We purchased this product a month ago for taking our tame 200lb great dane off leash more often -- and it's been a success so far. The varying levels of discipline this collar produces is great for the subtle reminder nick to the 'get back here now' zap. Within 5min of his first walk wearing this, our dog learned the 'heel' command.

| This is an excellent product. My cats quit scratching the furniture and gravitate toward these scratching posts as much as the wood ones. I place these posts flat on the floor rather than in an upright position since my felines love to stand on them and scratch away. Cat nip was useful to capture their initial interest. A word of caution however. Like all carpet scratching posts, the carpet can become unraveled. |
