| Soft Paws delivers its promise. I was able to apply these very easily, all my myself to my two kitties. I was a little concerned that they would try to take them off in the first few days, but as soon as I was done applying Soft Paws, they walked off as if nothing happened. They haven't fussed at their paws since - it's been about two weeks. | The directions on the package say to turn the adjustment screw until an audible pitch is heard and then to continue to twist until the tone disappears. From the initial setting, I twisted the adjustment screw until it came out of the unit, and I could still not get the adudible tone to disappear, nor did the animal respond at any pitch. I found the unit not to work as decribed and threw it away.

| After trying everything under the sun to control my dog's jumping on people while at the dog park I finally resorted to the remote training collar. (She's a Boxer/Rat Terrier mix & can leap 6 feet straight in the air from a standstill to lick someone's face!) What a difference! I have only been using it for a few weeks & already she is at least 80% better. Now she will run up to great a person & just lean into their legs or sit instead of assaulting them. | This collar works! My two young mixed sporting dogs bark at anything that moves--people, cars, you-name-it. It was getting on our nerves (and our neighbor's). | This product restored my relationship with my dogs. It works as it should, and my dog no longer destroys my flower beds. I also installed a whimpy but physical fence in front of the electric fence to further discourage the dogs from going into the area, but it would easily be pushed down by my monster dog without the shock that reminds her to stay out. |
