| This product is great for about 1-2 years. Over time, the motor will get bits and pieces of your pets' fur and food, which causes the motor to break down, even with regular cleaning. I found no way to purchase a replacement motor, so I was really bummed (as were my cats!).
I ended up purchasing a new fountain, but upgraded to the Drinkwell Platinum Pet Fountain. I highly recommend that fountain because it has a small guard that blocks food, fur, and other particles from getting into ... Read More: |

what can I say? I ordered it through Amazon, it was cheaper, worked better than Frontline, and cat is still flea and tick free, and there are no problems, and I saved about $20. I only had to click one time on amazon, and it shows up, I put it on the cat. All told it couldn't have taken more than 10 minutes from ordering to flea free cat. I guess this is a review and comment about the total ease in using Amazon.com. Will certainly use again. Thank you. |
